Smart Loops offers more Drum loop libraries

Smart Loops has released its SL MultiTracks Volume 5, 6 and 7 Drum Loop libraries -- which were previously only available in ACID WAV and Apple Loops formats -- in REX 2 format for compatibility with more Mac and PC software samplers. SL MultiTracks allow computer-based musicians to discretely control volumes, EQ, and FX on individual drum and cymbal loops. Each MultiTrack groove and one-shot is provided both as a set of multitrack drum and cymbal loops as well as a complete mix loop. SL MultiTracks are priced at $15 per library, and are available as volumes for $30 each (three libraries per volume) or a complete bundle for $180.

SL MultiTracks Volume 5

SL MultiTracks Volume 5 includes the Medium-Fast Shuffle-Blues 1, Medium Straight Rock 3, and Slow-Medium Straight Rock 1 libraries.

The Medium-Fast Shuffle-Blues 1 library includes 60 loops and one-shots for faster blues, country, rock, and pop songs. 256 individual track loops allow for total control of the mix. Medium Straight Rock 3 offers 67 loops and one-shots for rock, hard rock, pop, and country songs. 294 individual track loops allow discrete mixing of kick, snare, hats, overheads, and toms. Slow-Medium Straight Rock 1 consists of 52 loops and one-shots for rock, blues, country, and pop. 280 individual track loops for discrete mixing of individual tracks.

SL MultiTracks Volume 6

SL MultiTracks Volume 6 consists of the Fast Half-Time Shuffle 1, Medium Straight Rock 4, and Slow-Medium Straight Rock 2 libraries.

Fast Half-Time Shuffle 1 includes 36 loops and one-shots designed for rock, pop, and country songs. A total of 203 individual track loops allow improved control of the mix, according to Smart Loops. Medium Straight Rock 4 offers 57 loops and one-shots made for rock, hard rock, pop, and country songs. No less than 311 individual track loops allow for discrete mixing of kick, snare, hats, overheads, and toms. Slow-Medium Straight Rock 2 features 46 loops and one-shots for rock, blues, country, and pop with 248 individual track loops in total.

SL MultiTracks Volume 7

SL MultiTracks Volume 7 includes the Fast Rock 1, Medium-Fast Hard Rock 1, and Medium Straight Rock 5 libraries.

Fast Rock 1 has 61 loops and one-shots designed for faster rock, pop, and hard rock songs for a total of 326 individual track loops. Medium-Fast Hard Rock 1 boasts a total of 190 individual track loops which include 47 loops and one-shots for faster and heavier rock, metal, and progressive music styles. Medium Straight Rock 5 offers 66 loops and one-shots made for rock, blues, hard rock, pop, and country songs totaling 360 individual track loops.
