Miglia ships TVMini2

Miglia today began shipping the TVMini2 digital tuning device designed specifically for Mac users, and announced new promotions for European as well as UK customers looking to purchase iMacs. The TVMini2 features a stylish ultra-slim design to serve as the smallest USB device of its kind available, according to Miglia. It slots neatly into a USB 2.0 port, without blocking any other ports/outlets, including the MagSafe on MacBook Pro systems. Miglia's TVMini2 is priced at 60 in the UK or 80 for European customers.

Miglia is also enabling any UK-based customer who purchases a new iMac to also buy a Miglia TVMini 2 for 1 until December 16th, while European customers who purchase a new iMac can receive a Miglia TVMini 2 for just 1 until December 31st.

"TVMini2 is powered by a high performance Tuner and Demodulator. Inherited from the mobile TV world (in car entertainment for example), this technology translates into a much higher performance when it comes to signal reception," says Miglia. "TVMini2 captures your TV shows in pristine MPEG-2 digital quality, without modifying what is broadcast by TV stations (MPEG-2 is the video format used on DVDs)."

The device enables users to put music videos, TV shows, and movie recordings on to iPods or other gadgets. TVMini2 also offers an export function in 'The Tube' to create h.264 video files that are readable by Apple and Sony devices.

Has nothing to do with US

Has nothing to do with U.S. T.V. so I really don't see why anyone hear would care.

... to the world, horvatic! Internet knows no boundaries, you know:) You may sit in the US reading it, but we're here, reading the very same words from all over this planet, you know:)

    True

True but I wish Macnn would be more informative and tell us that it is not for the US.

    yes.. but..

.. it does say for European and UK customers (perhaps the writer doesn't know the UK is in Europe) and does only list and prices... maybe that's a clue to US-based people?
