AOL Desktop for Mac beta 4
America Online (AOL) today released AOL Desktop for Mac (beta 4) to AOL Beta Central. Mail receives the most improvement in the latest beta release, according to the company, and the application works with Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard as well as the WebKit update released with Apple's Safari 3.0 Web browser. The software is available for free via AOL Beta Central.
Highlights of the beta 4 release include a feature to delete mail folders, support for mail signatures, tooltips for email addresses in message headers, and the ability to drag-and-drop mail folders to other mail folders.
America Online's AOL Desktop for Mac beta update allows users to print mail, ensures that mail is compatible with Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, and enhances the dial-up experience. The latest revision also adds support for groups as well as host synch to the address book, and adds AIM Chat (public beta) to the application toolbar.

Good to know they are churning these out. I have some customers who use AOL and web mail stinks compared to a local client.
Version tracker feedback isn't too great. I sure wouldn't push AOL beta on anybody unless they are extremely desperate.
