Penguins Arena extension

Frogames has released the first extension for Penguins Arena - Sedna's World, a shooter game challenging players to drive other Penguin tribes into the sea. The extension brings two new features which include penguin customization and a new "Duels" game mode. Penguin customization allows players to add two graphical elements to a penguin, while the new Duels game mode removes all teammates and leaves one player on each team with three lives. The update is free for registered users, and new licenses of Penguins Arena - Sedna's World are priced at $20. The game requires Mac OS X 10.3 or later.

The update also includes an invert mouse option, adds an in-game player icon, and fixes several bugs related to various mechanics -- including the graphical user interface and mail formatting.

"It all begins when a penguin legend comes to life in the form of Sedna, the ancient Penguin Goddess. Global warming, pollution... Penguin tribes are endangered. Sedna says there is room for but one tribe, and so the purging begins."

The first person penguin shooter features short rounds where magic of reincarnation, combined with the supernatural ability to return to the game as a ghost, ensures that every character has every chance to change their tribe's fate.
