Launch2net 1.6.17 released

Nova Media today released launch2net 1.6.17, adding support for 10 more mobile phones including the Sony Ericsson P1i and Nokia 6120 Classic. Launch2net is designed to turn a mobile device into a wireless internet connection tool for computers running Mac OS X. The software includes presets for mobile network operators worldwide, and the connection suite supports most mobile devices available -- including ExpressCard and wireless USB-modems, as well as PC datacards and mobile phones. The mobile connection suite also allows users to monitor data volume transferred as well as time spent online to maintain control of online costs. Launch2net is available for $105 and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later, with upgrades available for free to current launch2net license holders.
