iTunes adds free music from Paul McCartney

Free McCartney track
Apple's iTunes Store is offering a free song and video by Beatle member Paul McCartney for one week only. The track "Nod Your Head" is from McCartney's "Memory Almost Full" album and comes with a promotional video, according to Macworld UK. Apple is also offering songs from McCartney's performance at the iTunes Festival which include "Coming Up," "House of Wax," "Jet," and more. Word of McCartney's free track arrives just as rumors are becoming even more abundant about the possibility of the Beatles music catalog arriving on the iTunes Store. Apple yesterday confirmed a special event where it is expected to unveil new iPods, and used an invite with the tagline "The beat goes on" which coincides with a press release issued just after the Beatles broke up in 1970.

Beetle member?

Ah yes, the Beetles. One of my favorite 60's bands. Next to The Whom, The Rolling Stains and Jimmy Hendricks

...whoever is in charge of posting articles on this site is not doing their job. I don't even think they do a spell check. Nor do they ever seem to go back and read their own posts. Case in point, they STILL have not fixed this one:

This isn't the place to nitpick the spelling of the article. Send them an actual email.

8 comments on this article, all complaining about the spelling of 'beatles' (which they apparently fixed, although I'm sure some would argue that they had it correct, and everyone else was wrong), and not one person complaining how this is over a day late?
Come on people, don't focus on just one problem, when you can spread out your vitrol to the editors!

Sorry, I didn't mean editors, as that implies a certain 'editing' process. 'Writers' would have been more correct.
