John Lennon on iTunes

Apple has introduced new content from John Lennon (iTunes link), the late ex-Beatle and solo artist, to the United States iTunes Store. Musically the collection now includes the vast majority of his solo work, among it original albums such as "Imagine," "Plastic Ono Band" and "Walls and Bridges;" people can also buy compilations such as "Lennon Legend" and "Working Class Hero." Finally, a number of music videos have been introduced, for songs such as "Imagine," "Mind Games" and "Happy Xmas (War is Over)." Most albums are $10, while all six videos are $2.

I can't believe this article didn't mention the fact that all these John Lennon albums are available as iTunes Plus! Higher quality and DRM-free! IMO that makes these albums even more desirable.

Only one of the most famous musicians of all time. And what, you don't know how to use Wikipedia? Or Google?

I don't know who's the bigger doof - the guy who says he doesn't know who John Lennon is, or the guy who doesn't know he was kidding..

Uhm.. you WERE kidding, weren't you J-T?

Call me a doof before you're sure that he was kidding. Nice.

I would say the biggest "doof" is the one who busts the balls of the guy "who doesn't know he [the original poster] was kidding" and then goes on to second guess himself by posting, "Uhm.. you WERE kidding, weren't you J-T?"

We still have to wait for Radiohead and The Beatles to allow their music to be sold in the iTunes store... I think Zep is holding out as well, although I think they just released an anniversary album to the iTunes store.
