Briefly: iPhone news reader, Web Crossing
In brief: NewsGator Technologies has released a free mobile reader for Apple's iPhone, Web Crossing has included new International capabilities in its private-label social network system, and eSellerate has released updates for several Software Development Kits (SDKs). NewsGator's new mobile reader for iPhone, called NewsGator Mobile for iPhone, is a free news reader that works in conjunction with any free NewsGator online account to deliver news feeds directly to users. The software is optimized for the iPhone's touch screen, and is designed to ease access to feeds on-the-go. A simple login automatically detects the iPhone and routes users to the iPhone reader, while directing other mobile devices to the standard NewsGator Mobile reader.
WebCrossing Neighbors 2
Web Crossing today announced that its WebCrossing Neighbors 2 -- a private-label social network system -- offers new International language support as well as IP address to country mapping. The enhancement enables WebCrossing Neighbors administrators to provide a more natural, multilingual experience. Additionally, sites with multiple languages automatically maintain support areas for members who speak different languages by linking to the support area in that member's primary language. A new IP Address to Country Mapping feature also allows site administrators to automate detection of an accessing user's country.

The new SDK for REALbasic supports major enhancements released earlier this year for eSellerate's anti-piracy technology, eSellerate Product Activation. The update also extends Embedded Web Store support to Windows applications.
