MacFreelance debuts
Macware is shipping the first version of MacFreelance, primarily an invoice and billing application. Charges can be timed or fixed, and billed in scales ranging from minutes to months. To handle worldwide sales, international currencies are supported along with the calculation of up to four different taxes. Aside from its main purposes, the program also lets users create client lists, track payments, and monitor time and mileage. The program requires Mac OS X 10.4 and costs $40.

RIP OFF of iRachet

I have been using iRachet for a while. It a great program. This program is a complete rip off they are even using some of the same icons. I hope because they are just the buttons available in what ever development program they use but I doubt it. Just look at iRachet and take a look.

iratchet relation?

They do look almost exactly the same. Also, in macfreelance, some of the tooltips even refer to itself as iRatchet!!! For example, in the preferences under the "billing" tab if you hover the mouse over the checkbox for "Use book to insure unique invoice numbers" you see the tooltip: "When checked, iRatchet will use the book...". What the heck is going on?
