FogScreen intros small floating water projector

updated 02:55 pm EDT, Mon July 16, 2007

FogScreen One

FogScreen today unveiled the FogScreen One, the second version of the company's unique waterborne display projector. The new model is designed to output video or PC sources on a one-meter (3.3-foot) screen of vapor droplets small enough to be used in areas where the company's larger Inia would be impractical, such as offices or even some private settings. The smaller size is also stackable and can be programmed to play video or other data in sync with any number of extra screens.

The projector can be leased or rented for those who want a temporary display for an event or an occasion; those who can justify the One on a permanent basis can also buy one from FogScreen, though the company asks that customers get in touch themselves to learn the price of the complete device.
