AT&T offers list of iPhone accessories

AT&T: iPhone accessories
AT&T is planning to offer an assortment of Apple branded and third-party accessories alongside the highly anticipated iPhone launch slated for tomorrow evening, according to AT&T documents obtained by MacNN. Various accessories will be available in AT&T Stores as well as online via its eStore, but the carrier warns that selection may vary by location. Apple branded accessories scheduled for availability at launch include the iPhone Travel Charger, iPhone In-Box Stereo Headset, iPhone Bluetooth Mono-earbud, iPhone Bluetooth Travel Cable, and iPhone Dock Connector to USB Cable. Third-party accessories will include Black Nappa Leather Sleeves, Vertical as well as Horizontal cases, armbands, leather wrapped holsters, clear plastic shells, vehicle power adapters, Shure stereo headsets, and a series of colored gel accessories.
Apple's Bluetooth Headset
The note also warned that Apple's own branded Bluetooth Headset is available in limited quantities in all iPhone channels except AT&T online. The headset supports two Bluetooth profiles including Hands-free 1.5 and Headset, offering full compatibility with the iPhone.
AT&T notes that Apple's headset may prove compatible with some third party Bluetooth enabled devices, and that the accessory is compatible with all AT&T products except the following:
- Cingular 3125
- Cingular 8525
- HP HW 6925
- LG CU500
- Pantech PG-3CB
- Pantech C150
- Pantech C810 UT Starcom
"The Apple-branded Bluetooth Headset may be compatible/incompatible with devices from other carriers," AT&T wrote. "It is the customer’s responsibility to validate prior to opening the package, otherwise a 10 percent re-stocking fee will apply upon return."
The carrier company cites a 14 day return policy on the Bluetooth Headset from Apple, while all other accessories include a 30-day return policy.
