Pooch QT Exporter

Dauger Research has released the Pooch QuickTime Exporter plug-in 1.2, a new version of the tool for generating high-definition H.264 compressed movies from desktop video editing applications on Macs. New features include presets specifically for the Apple TV and iPod and deinterlacing of source content for progressive displays; ability to compress with multiple codecs and multiple size movies simultaneously -- useful for targeting many device types from one source. The exporter can use mixed clusters of multi-"Core" Intel- and PowerPC-based Macs. Dauger Research makes v1.2 of the Pooch QuickTime Exporter available today. The QuickTime Exporter plug-in requires an 2 GB of RAM installed on source machine, Mac OS X 10.4 or later, QuickTime 7 or later and Pooch v1.7 or later. It is available free for users of Pooch.
