Pangea debuts TabMeister

Pangea Software today announced its latest Mac-only utility: "TabMeister 1.0" is a desktop utility that allows the user to organize applications, files, and folders into “Tabs” which act like pop-up windows sitting on the edge of the screen. Rather than cramming dozens of files into the Dock, these Tabs now allow for better organization of all of the files that users commonly need. TabMeister offers immediate access to hundreds of files without cluttering the Dock or desktop. The $15 application will run in a limited demo mode until a serial number is purchased to unlock the full version. It is a Universal Binary that will run natively on either PowerPC- or Intel-based Mac's running Mac OS 10.4 or later.

    Uhm...

...great idea, but quite hideous. They couldn't have made it more blended in with the environment?

Fortunately there's already DragonDrop that does this nicer and a lot more free.

    hideous indeed.

    That's ugly. Very.

And it's nothing that DragThing didn't do for a veeeery long time now.
