NJ .Mac service outage

I spent a good portion of Saturday adding to, editing, and viewing .mac homepages, so I'd imagine that I'd have been stuck if the service were down.

Seems more likely that if folks in NJ had a problem getting to the .mac site that something was broken in or near NJ, not with .mac.

You are wrong. The service wasn't down for everyone, only a small group -- who had it out for 5 days, off and on. It did work for most people, which is why this has been so frustrating. I've talked with Apple, and they are trying to find out what is happening. They didn't seem to know what was wrong, but the problem is very real. The reason it took so long because of the fact that only a small number of people have been affected.

It's not just NJ users, though that seemed to be a large selection of us.
