ReelBean 2.7 (free, $15 for Pro edition) updates the movie converter and player for Mac OS X Tiger. ReelBean 2.7 adds a video control panel that allows for adjustment of brightness, contrast, saturation, and hue of the playing video. MBS REALbasic plug-ins 7.0 ($55 for private, $110 for commercial) comprises a collection of several plug-in parts that extend the REALbasic development environment with more than 500 classes and 3 controls featuring over 12,000 documented functions. The update adds CURL classes as well as a GrowlMBS class, and includes rewritten PortAudio plug-in alongside a rewritten PortMidi plug-in. MacBreakZ 4.2 ($30) enhances the break timer for Mac users, featuring a re-design implemented entirely in the Mac OS X native Cocoa environment.
