updated 06:40 pm EST, Mon January 15, 2007

DepoSmart released

Clarity Legal Software has unveiled DepoSmart, an application for legal professionals designed to read, annotate and print official transcripts. The software can import court transcripts in real-time as a hearing progresses, and attaches files as well as images and videos as necessary. The company's DepoSmart Transcript Viewer enables users to view the associated files for free, while Bundler (Windows only) enables law firms and court reporters to send separate transcripts as well as exhibits together, including viewing utilities if necessary. Documents are encrypted before delivery, according to Clarity, and both DepoSmart applications are Universal Binaries that require Mac OS X 10.4.1. The full version of DepoSmart is available for $600.

    yes, it works on 10.4.8

the reference to 10.4.1 is that PPC is the minimum

the program is Universal Binary so it runs on both
