XtremeMac unveils Luna iPod alarm clock
The device is also billed as a complete audio system powered by two full-range speakers and a powerful two-channel amplifier. The AM/FM radio features four station presets and the built-in Universal dock accommodates any iPod with a dock connector (the unit ships with three dock well inserts that fit the most current iPod models). There is also an AUX-IN port for connecting audio devices without a dock connector such as the iPod shuffle, older iPod models or other MP3 players.

"It is a new day in the era of iPod alarm clocks, and consumers now have a better option—the revolutionary Luna system," said Gary Bart, President and CEO of XtremeMac. "Luna changes everything with its unprecedented combination of an innovative, menu-driven interface, world class audio performance and sleek design."
Luna is now available for pre-order via the XtremeMac website for and will begin shipping to internet customers in early December. The product will also be sold at retail exclusively in Apple retail stores beginning in early December.
