GizMac has begun shipping the XRackPro2, a black version of its server rack mount cabinet designed for noise reduction. The company claims that the new cabinet reduces noise from installed equipment by up to 80 percent, allowing users to place computer, audio/video, and other equipment in areas that require low noise levels. The cabinet is ideal for post production for film, video and audio editing; television, cable and radio broadcasting; and business offices. Pricing for the black XRackPro2 starts at $500.
