Apple Holiday Gift Guide
The Apple Store today went down briefly for updates displaying the company's classic "We'll be back soon" post-it note image, followed by the highlight of its Holiday Gift Guide. Apple is offering iPod gifts with its previously-reported unique holiday gift wrapping as well as gift cards for the Apple Store and the iTunes Music Store. The gift guide also suggests potential top-selling Mac software, and introduces the possibility of purchasing Apple products as a reward for business employees. Recent rumors and a mishap by Apple suggest the company may be preparing to unveil an updated Mac mini systems with Intel's new Core 2 Duo chips in the near future, following recent updates to the MacBook and MacBook Pro notebooks.
