TechRestore offers 200GB drive upgrade

TechRestore has begun offering a 200GB drive upgrade as part of its overnight hard drive upgrade service for Apple's MacBook and MacBook Pro systems. The new upgrade marks the first 200GB SATA drive upgrade available for notebooks, according to the company. The overnight service includes installation of the new drive into the notebook, as well as data transfer from the old drive to the new, creating an exact clone of the old hard drive ready for immediate use when the laptop is returned via overnight courier. TechRestore offers nationwide door-to-door pickup service for the upgrade, as well as an option to install the old drive into a portable external enclosure. TechRestore's 200GB overnight upgrade is $400 including the hard drive, installation, and data transfer. The upgrade includes a 1-year warranty with a 5-year warranty on the hard drive from the manufacturer.
