Dragster 1.0 released

Ambrosia today released Dragster 1.0, a Universal Binary utility that brings drag-and-drop simplicity to file transfers. Dragster sends files via email, uploads documents to remote servers, copies items to iDisks, and moves or copies files anywhere on local hard drives. The software integrates into the dock, and supports unlimited file destination shortcuts. A contextual menu component enables users to control-click on any file in any program to send that file to a previously configured shortcut, and Dragster offers full support for Bonjour. Ambrosia's latest utility supports FTP, SFTP, SCP, SMB, and AFP protocols under one unified interface, and is designed to complement other software such as Fetch and Transmit. Dragster is priced at $20, and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later.

    Nice but

too little too late; there's way too many products that do this kind of thing. The implementation is nice but I doubt anyone's gonna go out of their way to pay $20 for something that's been done to death.
