Wii production even better than expected?

Wii prod. truly massive?
It seems like no one will have problems finding a Wii. While Nintendo has been tossing around the figure of a million-plus consoles by November 19th, UBS reports that two million were built between July and September, and there may be as many as 11 million ready by the end of 2006. Nintendo's public predictions have been capped at four million. Assuming the UBS story is true though, this may, ironically, cause problems for the company. Flooding the market with goods could well decrease demand, at which point the resulting surpluses might only be dealt with by cutting prices. A boon for gamers could hurt Nintendo's long-term financials.
