Logitech brings ChillStream controller to PS3

ChillStream pad goes PS3

One of the chief complaints about gamepads is that they demand a tight grip. Different hand sizes aside, there's a problem that's almost universal: sweaty palms. No one likes sweating, and it's even worse when you end up soaking your controller. To this end Logitech released the ChillStream pad for the PC (pictured), and now the company has announced a console equivalent for the PS3. All ChillStream pads are fitted with a 40 mm fan and several vents aimed at the fingers and palms. In the case of the PS3 version, the ChillStream will also come in two different colours, silver and black. The pad is expected to go on sale for $39.99 US when the PS3 launches in November.
