Only Gears of War demo to come with a movie ticket?

Visitors to X06 were able to play it, but since there will be no online demo for Gears of War, your only chance to sample the game may be coming up next Wednesday. After a sneak preview of Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning, gamers in LA, New York, Chicago and San Francisco will be invited to play the game in advance of its November 7th release date. Interested parties have to sign up for passes at the promotional Website. Microsoft makes further mention of two more events, but details are sketchy. UPDATE: On an incidental note, the last of Microsoft's Bringing it Home content is on Xbox Live. Sorry, no demos of any kind.
