Apple updates iTunes
Apple today released an update to its iTunes multimedia software, addressing stability as well as performance issues with Cover Flow, CD importing, iPod syncing, and more. iTunes 7.0, which Apple released during its special event in San Francisco on September 12th, recently came under fire as numerous users complained of problems ranging from video download issues to an inability to access the online store. The update requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later, or Windows 2000/XP.

No Coverflow fix for me.
This update has NOT fixed the screen/video issues I've had since iTunes 7 came out with the Cover Flow...

shows a typical screen mess that happens after clicking the icon for Cover Flow. Once this happens only parts of the window scroll, other columns remain "stuck".
The only recovery is to quit and then relaunch iTunes.
I have a 1680 x 1050 display on a PowerMac Dual 1.25 GHz FireWire 800 machine with a GeForce4 MX video card with 32 MB RAM (the original Radeon 9000 when bad and I had this card here left from another machine).
