New Belkin iPod cases

Belkin today introduced a new line of cases for the new iPod nano and the iPod with video. Designed to fit a variety of lifestyles, the cases reflect a more contemporary feel with colors, designs, and materials that complement current fashions, according to the company. The cases will begin shipping in September in North America, with launches in Asia, Europe, and Australia to follow shortly. The Acrylic Case for iPod nano (F8Z116, $30) and iPod video (F8Z115, $30) offers touch-sensitivity on the click wheel with access to all ports. Featuring a brushed metal front cover, the case’s form-fitting design brings added "style and panache" to any iPod. The Flip-Top Hard Case for iPod nano (F8Z124, $15) and iPod video (F8Z123, $20) offers touch-sensitivity on the protected click wheel, includes a lanyard and carabiner, and flips open easily for convenient access to the iPod.

Belkin's Neoprene Holster for iPod nano (F8Z124, $15) and iPod video (F8Z123, $20) is available in the vibrant colors of fuchsia/gray and orange/black; the Holster provides protection for the iPod screen and click wheel, while still maintaining access to all ports. Belkin's Canvas Flip Case for iPod nano (F8Z120 and F8Z117, $20) offers protection for your screen and click wheel, while the new Canvas Holster Case for iPod nano (F8Z119, $20) and iPod video (F8Z118, $25) delivers complete screen protection and easy access to all ports and is available in three stylish new colors.

The new Sports Armband for iPod nano (F8Z105, $25) and iPod video (F8Z095, $30) features reflectivity to ensure safety while running outdoors; the screen and click wheel are fully protected while leaving all ports fully accessible. The case is hand-washable, made from stain-resistant materials. Belkin's new Slider Case for nano (F8Z084, $30) is designed for strenuous workouts; it features a band and enclosure to prevent drops while the sliding faceplate fully protects the iPod. The armband is detachable, and the iPod ports are fully accessible.

Finally, the company's new Kickstand II (F8Z112, $30) integrates a convenient stand display so users can comfortably and easily watch video from the iPod video at a variety of adjustable angles. It features a versatile, detachable belt clip that lets users safely carry their iPod anywhere.
