FairCom brings apps to Intel Macs

FairCom has announced Universal Binary support across its product range for Mac OS X 10.4 at WWDC, including its complete line of database technology. The company has converted c-tree Plus database SDK, c-treeSQL Server technology, and c-tree ISAM Server technology. "Using Apple's superb developer tools the effort required to create Universal versions of our products was much less than we originally anticipated," said Randal Hoff, FairCom's director of business development. "For example, the team was able to complete the c-tree port in under a week so start to finish, from receipt of the hardware to the completion of all of our QA processes, was less than a month end to end. That's impressive."
