Realviz apps export to Google Earth

updated 11:10 am EDT, Thu July 27, 2006

Realviz, Google Earth

Realviz today confirmed that its photo-based software is compatible with Google Earth, allowing users to directly export panoramas, 3D models, virtual tours, and other photo-realistic material created with Realviz applications. Google Earth combines satellite imagery, maps, and Google Search capability to offer users quick, easy viewing of locations around the globe. The Realviz suite of tools enables users to observe the world from the ground level by using Stitcher, ImageModeler, and VTour to simulate what a person would see in real life. Stitcher 5.5 is available in three distinct versions, all of which include Google Earth export capability from $120. ImageModeler 4.1 is slated for shipment in September, and is priced at $850. VTour 1.1 will be available for Mac in the fall of 2006 for $580.
