Miraizon debuts Cinematize 2 Pro

Cinematize 2 Pro announced


Miraizon has announced Cinematize 2 Pro, the professional edition of its DVD re-editing tool. This newly added product features everything found in Cinematize 2 alongside the ability to use any piece of an existing DVD as source material for a new DVD project. Cinematize 2 Pro is compatible with QuickTime, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, PowerPoint, Keynote, iTunes, and iPods. Cinematize 2 Pro has the ability to extract video from DVD-VR recorded discs, extract all audio channels from multi-channel tracks, and decode subtitles from images or movies. Support for menu extraction has also improved in the 'Pro' release with the new ability to extract buttons, background images, motion menus, and audio tracks separately. Cinematize 2 Pro will be available later this summer for $150 (Box) or $130 (Download) as a Universal Binary (System requirements were not available).

DVD Clip Selection

Cinematize 2 Pro features menu extraction from both Video manager or tile and video recording file extraction from DVD-VR discs, Also new is the real-time display of the length of the clip selected, chapter start/stop time display, and the options to save multiple menus as one or multiple clips. Also featured is new batch extraction support for reviewing, adding, or deleted segments prior to extraction.

Extraction and Decoding

Subtitle decoding to QuickTime movie tracks with full synchronization has been added as well as subtitle tracks stored as overlays. This new release also feature decoding images with timing information, extraction and synchronization of all AC-3 audio channels, creation of QuickTime movie with multiple audio channels, support for loading customized preference sets, and custom QuickTime movie compression configuration.

Output Options

This release adds automatic QuickTime chapter markets for multiple chapter extraction, custom QuickTime movie export component parameters, and support for installed customizable QuickTime movie export components. Also new is the option to extract audio, video, and subtitles separately or together.

Cinematize 2 Pro features fully native support for Intel-based Macs, advanced time synchronization, and full control over audio, video, and subtitle synchronization. Cinematize 2 Pro now has a fully resizable window that preserves the view area's aspect ratio. A free demo of Cinematize 2 Pro is available at the Miraizon website, while the full version will be available later this summer.
