I'm sorry, but am I the only one that thinks the linked article uses the word "Victim" a tad loosely???

I'd already watched the trailer at Apple.com before I even heard about this. I'm sure I'm not the only one... And, last I checked, Apple doesn't sell ads at their trailer site, they get zero income from their trailer site... Um, again.. Victim???
The RIAA and MPAA keep burning bridges and slamming doors shut, and honest consumers will end up screwed in the end due to their complete incompetence, lack of foresight, etc. Hyperbole like this adds nothing to the industries (or their mouthpieces) credibility...
