SecuriKey launches SecuriKey Pro 1.50

SecuriKey has launched SecuriKey Professional 1.50, an update to its two-factor user authentication and computer security system. The heterogeneous token-based security solution offers support for Intel-based Macs, controlling access to numbers of mobile and stationary computers while also providing complete backwards compatibility with older PowerPC-based Macs, as well as cross-platform compatibility with Microsoft Windows systems. SecuriKey combines USB token and password technologies to provide secure, user-friendly computer access control. The product functions essentially as an "ignition key" for a laptop or desktop computers, requiring users to insert the token in any available USB slot and enter the correct password to access the system. SecuriKey Professional 1.50 is priced at $130.
