FastMac today began shipping its TruePower laptop batteries for all models of Apple's PowerBook G4 Aluminum. The new TruePower batteries offer up to 21 percent more capacity than Apple's original, and are engineered using high capacity Lithium cells. FastMac utilizes custom form factors and materials to match the original battery while increasing capacity, and each battery is individually tested. TruePower batteries include safety features to protect against overcharge, short circuit, and power surges. All TruePower batteries come with a one-year warranty, and are priced from $100.
