Pyramid Design today released A-OK! The Wings of Mercury 3.7, an update to its realistic simulation software of the Mercury spacecraft that improves networked space mission performance. Up to 10 other users can log onto the simulator to act as mission controllers, and the update boasts increased detail in the Mercury spacecraft 3D model. A-OK! The Wings of Mercury 3.7 adds more capsule detail, including Destabilizing Flap, Retrorocket Covers and Retrograde Package Straps. The Flight Director console has its own flight plan/checklists/note pad, and Flight Dynamics Officer plotters now boast increased accuracy. A-OK! The Wings of Mercury is priced at $50, and requires Mac OS X 10.1.5 or later.
