Altec Lansing today launched its VS2321 speaker set, aimed at gamers and music enthusiasts. Satellite drivers produce high to mid-range sounds, while a separate subwoofer produces the low bass frequencies which are digitally enhanced using XdBTM technology. The VS2321's controls and jacks are conveniently located at the front of one of the satellite speakers, including a headphone jack and an auxiliary jack to connect another music source, such as an iPod. Color-coded, plug-and-play cables ease usage, while cable management assures a clutter-free environment. The VS2321 is available for $50.
