ListServ 14.5 released
L-Soft today announced the joint release of ListServ 14.5 and ListServ Maestro 2.1, offering a unique assessment feature to boost deliverability in an increasingly hostile environment. ListServ 14.5 introduces a new "Deliverability assessment" interface, a Web-based center that analyzes ListServ and DNS configurations, and attempts to provide site administrators concrete suggestions on improving deliverability. The new feature also helps senders to ensure that opt-in messages reach the subscribers who have requested them. Deliverability assessment encompasses the three major certification standards that are used by large email service providers, which include DomainKeys, Sender Policy Framework (SPF), and Sender ID, as well as additional DNS tests. ListServ Maestro 2.1 supports DomainKeys, and allows users to customization each page of the Web interface. ListServ 14.5 requires Mac OS X 10.4.2 or later (pricing was unavailable).
