Apple stores in Germany?
Apple may in Germany within the next six to 12 months, a move that would represent a massive expansion into continental Europe for the tech giant. An executive of Gravis--an Apple distributor--said he obtained information about the new stores while attending Macworld Expo in San Francisco, and that he is "99.9 percent" convinced of the plans, according to a report from ifo AppleStore. German store locations will include the cities of Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Hamburg and possibly Frankfurt. Rome is currently the only known location in Europe to boast a future Apple store, and no confirmation from Apple has yet been received regarding the supposed new stores.
