    doin the right thing

This is a case where Apple is clearly Doing the Right Thing(tm). DTK were given out with the stipulation that they would have to be returned, but instead of having to eat a $900 investment, those who participated get an upgrade to an iMac that they can keep. Now I'm kicking myself for not participating and getting, essentially, an iMac at a discount.

    Good show.

    Good but

While I applaud Apple for doing this, it would've been even nicer if Apple offers store credit towards the purchase of Intel Macs. 17-inch iMac doesn't quite do it for me.
