Google video pricing
Google today raised the bar in the online video content arena, allowing content providers to for videos to better compete with Apple's iTunes Music Store. The Google Video Store offers recent television broadcasts of popular CBS shows and professional basketball games, as well as vintage episodes from series that went off the air decades ago, according to a report from the Associated Press. "This is a historic meeting of established and new media," said Google co-founder Larry Page during a keynote speech. "It's the biggest marketplace of content that was previously off-line and is now brought online," Jennifer Feikin said, director of Google Video.
