Apple finally whom it accused of leaking prerelease versions of Mac OS X Tiger.
While many of the details of the current settlement were not made public, a proposed settlement by Apple said it was seeking to prohibit Schwartzstein from possessing any confidential Apple information or from sharing any confidential data he may have learned through the Apple developer group.
