Design Intuition 1.5

Gizmolab today introduced , its woodworking design tool for Mac OS X designed to be powerful enough for professionals but simple and intuitive enough for everyday home use. Version 1.5 includes a completely rewritten 3D rendering engine, offering all of the familiar editing capabilities of the 2D view in full 3D. Changes to objects are made throughout the project in real-time, upholding the idea that all visible information can be trusted. Objects automatically align to each other, and to the nearest precision grid line which relieves much of the tedium that accompanies aligning objects. The software also harbors a library of smart objects from which users can create a variety of cabinetry, furniture and rudiments of remodeling. Design Intuition 1.5 is available for $180, and requires Mac OS X 10.2.6 or later.
