IDG World Expo today offered details of its upcoming MacIT Conference, where the world's largest gathering of Mac enterprise managers meet to discuss the latest innovations in integration of Mac OS technology. The three-day event is scheduled from January 9-13th, 2006 at San Francisco's Moscone Center during . It covers the latest features and deployment techniques for Apple's IT products--OS X Server, Xserve, Xserve RAID, Xsan--and in-depth training in client, security and network management techniques by industry experts. MacIT participants can choose from nearly 40 sessions in servers and services; imaging systems and deployments; client issues; interoperability; and network management and security.
New highlights and featured sessions at this year's MacIT Conference include "Automating Your IT Workflows with Apple Remote Desktop," "Mac OS X Forensics," "From Chime to Desktop," "SOX, HIPAA, GLB and the Mac Sysadmin," and "Adding a Cluster or Rendering Farm to Your Computing Infrastructure."
