Isn't that timely? M$ decided to treat Sony's rootkit as spyware *AFTER* SONY DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE IT AND PULL IT. (after all, don't really want to alienate a business partner).
And then people wonde why Microsoft can't be trusted (well, really, no one is wondering about that)
