    Update

Its not the update that caused Safari to not be able to access Bank Of americas website because i have been using 10.4.3 variants for about two months and i didnt get an access problem to the banks site until today. I have been using the same update for about a week or so.

    Knowingly?

Don't know how lawyers work but I doubt that Apple "knowingly" ie: deliberately manufactured something defective 'cos it would be kinda counterproductive in the long run! Really makes you wonder about a legal eagle's definition of "knowingly", doesn't it? These leeches should point their lawsuits at real "knowing" transgressors like those guys up in Redmond.

    Hmm..BofA problems

Don't know whether this is a server or client problem, but I suspect server. I'm able to log in from an update 10.4.3 browser just fine today.

I would assume bofa was just having some sort of problem.

    BofA problems

Firefox and IE on Windows are having the same problems as Safari when accessing BOA California, so it doesn't look like a Safari specific problem.

    citibank

If anything, my citibank connection works _better_ after the update. YMMV.

    Adobe InDesign/InCopy

Perhaps it should be noted the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's use of Adobe's InDesign and InCopy is on the Windows platform.

    And another thing...

I may be going out on a limb here...but shouldn't there actually BE problem(s) with the OSX update before MacNN runs a so-called story on same. Maybe John Dvorak is working for MacNN now?
