4D RAD for Oracle Database previewed at Apple Expo

  Oracle and 4D have jointly released 4D RAD for Oracle Database, an tool for rapidly building scalable, cross-platform client interfaces for Oracle Database. It includes a full interactive wizard and allows developers to create Scalable Query Objects providing rich client and Web solutions. 4D RAD for Oracle Database includes a complete tool set for creating applications that run unchanged on both Mac OS X Tiger and Microsoft Windows XP. "The power of the number one enterprise database environment Oracle 10g, combined with the ease of use of Mac OS X Tiger and coupled with 4D RAD for Oracle Database, gives enterprise developers the ability to rapidly develop and deploy solutions that scale as their organizational needs grow," said Laurent Ribardiere, CEO and Founder of 4D SA. 4D RAD for Oracle Database will be available in Q4 2005. 4D and Oracle will demonstrate 4D RAD for Oracle Database at Apple Expo, booth 20-21.
