Proloquo speech solution leverages Acapela technology

AssistiveWare has chosen the switch access solutions.

"Proloquo provides the first fully-fledged speech solution for Mac OS X," said David Niemeijer, AssisitiveWare's CTO. "It combines the highest quality voices available on the market with powerful, yet easy to use features that serve a wide variety of needs."

AssistiveWare has chosen the Acapela voices in 13 different languages: American English, British English, German, Dutch, Flemish, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese. Proloquo includes nly one language of choice, however Acapela voices for additional languages are available as a language pack at an additional fee.
