PB G4 Graphics Update 1.0
Apple has released for its 1.67GHz 15- and 17-inch PowerBook G4 Macs. According to Apple, the PowerBook G4 Graphics Update 1.0 improves graphics stability for some 1.67-GHz PowerBook G4 computers. "The installer guides you through the steps to install the PowerBook G4 Graphics Update 1.0. Installation of the PowerBook G4 Graphics Update requires Mac OS X 10.4.2."
It doesn't want my 1.67.

Well, this installer certainly does not install on ALL 1.67 MHz 15" machines. I ran it on my Rev. d and it simply advised "the software cannot be installed on this computer".
Does anyone know enough to understand if there are different graphics conformations on different 15" 1.67 machines? Mine is 128 MB VRAM.

I have a 15" 1.67 and it worked for me through software update. If downloading the actual installer doesn't work for you, try software update and see if you get success there. Mine also has 128 MB VRAM so we have the same graphic hardware. It could be a glitch in the installer script or something.
Anyone else have problems?
