PresenterNet today as key enablers to web conference success. The conclusion was based on user surveys, analysis of system logs and interviews with key corporate customers. The report, "Survey of Web Conferencing User Requirements and Preferences" found that the population of users not using Windows or Internet Explorer represents a critical success factor. Also shown is the fact that a significant number of potential users cannot accept downloaded plug-ins to accommodate multiple platforms.
