Nisus Software today announced released a public beta of , its popular word processor for writers. Nisus Writer Express 2.5 adds significant new features such as right to left input (for languages such as Arabic and Hebrew), bullets and numbering, support for LinkBack, and many bug fixes and enhancements. The company says that the final version of Nisus Writer Express 2.5 will be available later this year for $70; current Nisus Writer Express owners will be able to upgrade to Express 2.5 for free. The software requires Mac OS X 10.3 or later.
