Elgato offers EyeTV software for third-party devices

Elgato today began offering its (both North America and Europe versions) and Cinergy T (DTT). ConvertX offers a built-in TV tuner, realtime MPEG 1/2/4 hardware recording, and a USB 2.0 interface. Elgato says it will mount an "aggressive" development schedule that will enable EyeTV to run on as many devices as possible. EyeTV is available via the company's website for $80.
