Apple is expected to by 46 percent in the coming weeks, according to an ifoAppleStore report. Under the plan, stores would operate 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Sundays. Stores are now open about 62 hours a week, compared to 90.5 hours under the new schedule. ifoAppleStore also reports that Apple's retail segment vice-president and COO Bridget Ryan Berman has resigned under amicable conditions.
